Another pickup

Pickup and getting the last of our Easter hams delivered. Also— it’s been a while as they sold out fast, we have our most popular brats back in stock— Mushroom & Swiss and also our Sweet Italian & Mozzarell! One thing that was evident, as many people wonder if pastured pork is just a gimmic, is the color of our pork. Even farm raised pork if it is penned up doesn’t get the dark color of pastured pork. The ham slices that were on display were a pale pink. The pictures of ours below are not modified in any way. Most ham you’ll find in the store will have “Water Added”.
